The comforter is very soft and it is light but not too light..It feels almost like a hug.... It doe make just a little bit of a noise ...but it is part of its charm. I love it.

Exceeds my expectations...

I bought this with hesitation, because it just couldn't be any good at such a low price, right?
Wrong! The comforter exceeds my expectations in every way. As far as size goes, it definitely fits my California King bed, and hangs over past the bottom of the mattress on each side. The comforter is fairly lightweight, but incredibly warm. It easily replaced my old comforter and my old matelasse bedspread combined, as far as warmth goes. I can't say how it will do over the long-term, but I've had it on my bed for several weeks and am very happy with it.
