I love this throw! I purchased it to replace a different brand that was probably 4-5 years old, that over time had developed little holes and had down regularly coming out. I have not yet washed this one, but the fabric and thickness is perfect for what it is - a throw blanket. It's not a blanket for a bed or to wrap around you multiple times. It's a throw and it's wonderful. The chocolate brown color is fantastic too.

I returned this due to the color being wrong for my decor.
Upon inspection it was a very,very lightweight and flimsy throw.

We started with two. Yes, they are light, and not enormous (finally, something not Supersized and wasteful...). We loved them. Got two more. They are perfect for almost everything, watching TV in cold family room (they warm you right up) and supplementing cover on the bed (no extra weight but plenty of comfy warmth). Got two more. They were supposed to be for gifts. They went onto the closed porch and worked just as well as the other four. Will probably keep buying them until they are gone!

the 3 trows i ordered were much smaller and very thin,although Amazon gave the size to me.
The throws were very thin,when you think of down throw you picture a little thicker than,just a cut obove a blanket,so i sent all 3 back,but this would apply to any site i guess.
fluffy warm comfortable and just the right size!

This is a great throw for the back of the couch - it's comfy and warm, and very lightweight - easy to move around with it. We've also used it for guests when they need an extra layer of warmth over their full-size blanket.
